Each file is built from public records: board packets, the yearly audit, the state’s school reports and bond papers. Each page that uses a file says where the numbers came from.

Layer 3: Rules for the files

  • No private names. Files about public comments, donors and our own work notes are not posted.
  • Each file gets a “last checked” date.

What we don’t know yet

  • Each file is still being checked before it is posted.
